REPAIRS

 

How can I have an item repaired?

 

Please contact tanisjewellery@gmail.com with the subject line REPAIR, with the name of your piece, a photograph, if possible, as well as an explanation of the issue. You will be contacted once your repair has been reviewed.

 

RETURNS

 

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt by emailing tanisjewellery@gmail.com subject line RETURN.   Products and packaging must be intact and in original condition.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if a piece is determined damaged.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

All international orders are final sale.

 

All sales items are final sale.

 

All custom orders are final sale.

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email tanisjewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt.

 

What if I need to change my order?

Should you need to change your order promptly contact us at tanisjewellery@gmail.com.  Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed.

 

 

SHIPPING

Most items on the website are available for immediate delivery.  Some items are made to order.  Production times will vary. If the item is in available, it will ship within 1-2 business days via Canada Post.  Should you require a piece for a certain date, please contact us directly and we may be able to expedite the process at tanisjewellery@gmail.com  We will not be held liable in the event that any selected product is not available.

 

Can I collect my order?

Yes, if you live in the Edmonton area, all pieces can be collected. You will be contacted with collection instructions.
